POSITION OBJECTIVE

To contribute to efficient and high-quality production by assembling and soldering lighting and wiring components according to SOPs and layout drawings, while collaborating closely with the production team and maintaining precision and safety standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Soldering

· Use extreme precision to prepare surfaces, apply flux, and heat to fuse pieces together.

· Preparation of linear strip lights.

· Assembly of linear strip lights.

· Assembly of wire leads and harnesses per layout drawings.

Production Assembly

· Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to assemble product orders using hand tools, saws, and drills.

· Review production order documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete builds accurately and efficiently.

Facilities & Organization

· Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including production areas and tool storage.

· Follow housekeeping best practices to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Must have recent work experience 2 years, hours will be from Monday to Friday 5am-1:30pm and one Saturday from 6am-12pm. Pay $18-$20 an hour.
